Ecehhh... tajuk ... menggiurkan .. hehe Lama sangat rasa tak mencuba sesuatu .. Dah lama simpan this recipe I got from mamaera .. Only today i got the opportunity to try ... So this is Ayam Briyani The gravy was quite Thick .. sebab ayam tu kecik aje ... so lebih kuah dari isi ... kekekekekekke
And this is the dalca .. I always la fail kalau buat dalca ni .. I think in my family tree takde any mamak kot so don't have the talent for this kinda cooking. But it's acceptable .. . The boss said it acceptable. hehe 
Last but not least .. the nasi .. also from mamaera ... I like the outcome.. the taste is good and the preparation was simple.. So these are what we had for lunch today ... lalalala

Wahhh Sue, dah boleh buka restoran ni. Kak wa sendiri belum berani untuk memberanikan diri masak Briyani ni. Lagi pun kat Johor ni kalau kenduri kawin asyik2 jamu nasi Briyani hemm dah terlebih manja le ni. Nanti nak cubalah!!!!!
