What I did Last Vacation (Part II)

... and so, as you know, the first sort of "yarn bombing" plan had gone to i-don't-know-where. I hope the person who took the pebble really knows what to do with it. That she/he took it because she/he appreciates it. So, the next day, I took another pebble and do this :

..and there it was... until the day we left the resort

What I did Last Vacation

We went to Cherating 4th February 2012 and stayed at the Legend Cherating Resorts for 4 days. It was a fun vacation and I did something... ooops! And here is what I did...

So I took a pebble and make it a suit ... How do you like it .. This is the upper elevation .. :)

And this is the below part. I took the picture with my beloved handphone. So, please mind the quality. It happens sometimes... thee hee hee

And then I put it back to where it belong

There... see?

It was there when I left it in the evening

...but it was not there the next morning when I check before we went out for breakfast

:D About last week we went to Taiping; a place I keep so close in my heart because here is where I learn to grow up. I was schooling here for five years and there's a lot of memory involved of course.. And so, I walked down the memory lane ... after 20 years leaving the main gate

One of My Addiction

Kalau diperhatikan di petak jerit di sebelah tepi itu, Puan Mentari asik la terjerit jeritkan coklat. Mungkin beliau juga ketagihan coklat seperti saya. Jadi untuk merealisasikan hajat ibu mengandung tersebut, I letak la gambar coklat yang sempat diborong olehku dalam keadaan demam.

Satu beg plastik jugak la. Heaven betul. Sebahagian daripada mereka adalah untuk diagih agihkan dan sebahagian daripadanya adalah untuk local consume. Muerkekekekekekekeke

Langkawi day 3

On the third day, we went for a cable car ride at Machincang Mountain. Gunung Machincang ni pun dikatakan oleh geologis telah wujud sejak zaman precambrian lagik. And of course, dia adalah batu kapur juga. So the shape and kesan luluhawanya begitu ketara sekali. Very beautiful. SubhanalLah. Foto disebelah diambildalam keadaan segip. kekekekekekekeek rasa macam termasuk abis semua yg terbonjol.... wakakaka Orang cakap , orang yang gayat ni tak cukup tidur. Ntah ... tapi yang pasti memang jantung terasa seakan mengecut.See that we are approaching the top of the mountain? We were inthe same capsule with an Switzerland couple. They were so cool. Atau pretend to be cool tatau la pulak ... kekekeke And a closer look to the top.

There is another stop at the peak but for some reason, we didn't go up there. I wish I were. Amir too but we just didn't go.

Langkawi Day 2

On day 2, we went for Island Hopping. We went to three beautiful islands. Langkawi has hundreds of small islands. These are the most popular. The first one is Pulau Dayang Bunting (The Island of the Pregnant maiden) which the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden is located. The lake is said to have healing power to the barren lady. Uh, well, I don't know... they say... so ask "them"

See the shape? It's looks like a pregnant lady lying on her back. Most of the islands here are intrusive of precambrian limestone or something (hey! how do they describe it?) In layman's word, they are of limestone (marble) and they are very very very old. Thet is why they made to various shapes. next, we went for eagle watching at Pulau Singa Besar (The Big Lion island)

Well, the camera is not the latest in market one .. but still can see... okay lor. :D

Lastly we moved to Pulau Beras Basah (the Island of Wet Rice - betuika?)

The picture was quite hard to capture bacause it was not suitable for children's view. keh keh keh so... this is the best we can shoot. But the island is beautiful. With white soft sandy beach, blue crystal clear water... Owh! heaven!

Langkawi

17th February to 20th February 2008... Finally I step on the cursed island of Langkawi. I was called to witness the beautiful precambrian formation of intrusive rock of her. Not being a geologist so I think this link gives quite a helpful view on the formation history.

This is Pulau Langkawi :

On the arrival, whilst waiting for the hotel room ready for check in, we went to The Underwater World located on the way to our hotel.

I think the place is a bit run down since the fish got poisoned by some problematic people. So during aour visit, there was no sharks (was they there before?) or any dolphines (ya.. I know.. zoo negara got them.. but come on ... it's underwater WORLD!). So the kids enjoyed it even they quite frustrated that the place not to their (and mine) expectation. But well, kids... the ir imagination was beyond our thinking . Huhu
