Beading for Jijah

Phewww... it's been a long time since I last pick a bead and sew them on somebody's dress. Recently Jijah sent me two pairs of dress (baju raya occay) for beading. She's my loyal customer ( memang dia aje pun sorang yg rajin menempah...) ekekekekekek So.. the bajus ... The picture again so blur because the camera is so cikai one ... hee hee

Beading for Cik Jah

Last Friday Jijah asked me if I can do some beading for her. She wanted to wear the baju for Eid Adha. I'm a bit reluctant at first because of my condition; afraid I can't finish them on time. But hey! if you try hard enough ... you can... ecehhhhh here are the baju .. simple patterns... Pattern inspired by our ladybeads - cik ain.

Sepasang Kurung Kedah Ijo

Empat hari cuti ... I only manage to siapkan this .... beading for kurung kedah berwerne ijo ini ... Kisahnya ... the kurung is my second attempt. First time hari tu ... teruk sangat jadiknya ... besar tak masal2. So after sekian lama post mortem and refer here and there, tanya kak Midah, tengok buku .. intai2 baju orang dalam lrt ... so terhasil la yang ini .. rasa macam tak cukup betullagi ... kene berguru lagi .. Harap kalau kak wa ada baca sini .. sudi nak beri tunjuk ajar ... (kebarung tak jalan2 lagik neh ... huhu)

So much about the baju .. now ... the beading .. manik tu dah beli lama dah. Mase semangat untuk buat first time hari tu lagi . Yes ... the colour is green jugak .. so .. gantinya ijo jugak la . Pattern pilihan .. manik beriring since this pattern memang memberi cabaran yang hebat to me ... itu belum kisah adeeb gunting ungkaian manik tu lagik bila dah siap first row ... huhuhuhu .. errrr... actually kerja ni tak masuk dalam to do list tapi .. dah siap pun .. jadi bermakna .. yang dok ada dalam to do list ... belum di "do"lagik ... :D

What I Did during Kursus Induksi

Jijah loved the one i sew for her. So this time she sent me 2 beautiful baju. One is songket and one is organza... So glamourous gitiew! That time I was about to go for my Induction Course ( a course that is compulsory to get conformation... aiyahhhhh) So I brought the bajus with me and during the break time ... These are the produce...

Tempahan pertama

Every one million mile journey starts with one single step .. eceh ...

So one day ... di satu seminar yang dry ... We (Eton, Jijah and I) were sitting together ... Not knowing what the speaker was talking about, we talked our topic of beading since I wore a beaded baju kurung that day. eton promoted to Jijah saying that I did them myself ... hehe (kudos to Eton) and Jijah said she wanted one ...

Mula-mula ingatkan it was a joke but then she gave me her baju ... Alamak ... she had her confidence in me but I don't have it myself ... Asked amoi for her opinion on what pattern to sew... well this is it! My very first paid beading job ...

This is my last year baju raya .. looks like adeeb's .. ye la .. semua pun sama ... beli satu papan kainnye .. sedondon gitiew... :D





Ini pulak mencuba ajaran dari ticer amoi ... pintalan nama diberi .. ecehhhh






Satu lagi cubaan manik beriring... pattern yg i paling lemah .. tatau la kan .. agak sebab selalu jumpe failed slope so my gradient always la bermasalah .. hehe





Last but not least .. pintalan jugak but i used both manik bulat ... so jadik la macam telur rerama kat daun limau purut my mom .. hehe

Beading and more beading

After my first beading that turned out to be an awful experience (hehe) I stop for a while until i met this lovely lady who called herself AMOI . So start to bead again and again ... sampai jadik kegilaan pulak sekejap ... so i dengan volunteer nye minta baju my SIL to bead on .. hehe

My First Beadwork

:D Mula-mula tak terlintas pun nak buat bende ni .. selalu tengok kak midah jahit kat baju orang sejak very first day keje kat sini ... lama-lama tengok cantik jugak ... so try la buat ... so this is it .. very la tak cantiknya ... FYI, dah berapa kali bukak, berapa kali jahit balik .. last2 takde dah manik2 tu kat baju tu ... :D
