Welcome

Amigurumi is my love at first sight. The first time I saw it, I know I'm in love with it. Since then I have been making loads of them. I started to make them out of love and passion and then, came some who really see the beauty of it offers them a new home and I let them go to the good hands.

And now, if you ask me, yes I will answer that I do sell my amigurumis and toys. I am offering every single one that I made for a small fee (except some I might note as not for sale) because I have to buy the yarn indeed. I don't produce them in mass because I believe every single of them has their own character and personality and most of all, they are made with love... and passion. But, I do take customised order should you need them for special occasion because that is what they are meant for.

So, feel free to contact me through email (seridewi@live.com.my) or at facebook page : SERI HANDMADE should you have anything regarding to my work. I am more than happy to serve you for that. But please, serious buyer only and I am focusing on keepsake amigurumi and bears and also baby jackets/item.
Announcing here that I have already started a new blog - Serishoppe for supplies and my handmade items.

Thank you

Mini Sorting 3 2009 (Hogwarts at Ravelry)

Today is Mini Sorting (3) day at ravelry. So here it goes :

There once was a hat that was crafted
To assist the students getting drafted
To one of four houses
So no one grouses
Well enough no one felt shafted
This hat ensure the forefounders traditions
And follows their original missions
To gather young minds
Who think all in kind
And train them in magic acquisitions
Ravenclaws are for thinkers and planners
Slytherins gather ambition in all manners
Gryffindors are brave
But don’t always behave
Hufflepuffs are loyal enchanters
Today we sort a new passel of new students
Into one of four houses each represents
To Crochet or Knit
Which craft does fit
With Great Fun and Mirth enjoy our events!

The hat then stops moving. Apparently it is done with its Sorting Song.

... and

I was sorted to HUFFLEPUFF!!!!!! yay! Actually I've been crossing my fingers to be sorted in Hufflepuff. Why? Because they have Edward Cullen! LOL (note: I'm OCD occay). How do this happened?

Yes, Cedric Diggory was not dead, he was changed into a vampire and changed his name to Edward Cullen (you know.. security reason). What? Mr Ijat never went through that in any of Harry Potter's book? Of course you don't because it's only happens here - in my world of make believe.. Am I sound insane?

O! my world of make believe ... here I come .. again (thee hee hee)

Two bunnies and a cat

The sweet bunnies pattern is from irenestrange. you can visit her page here. She has some other cute stuff to make too. The cat (yes, he's a cat) pattern can be found here. It is in japanese but the chart is easy to read. It has another two cat pattern which I am so ambitous to make. :D
By the way, I think I have to put a mouth to the cat before I send him to Liz.

Moko for Alisha

Ainul (Alisha's mom) saw Moko's picture and wanted one for her baby girl. She wants Moko in red because Alisha loves red. So Moko is in red. The little one is little Moko to be hung on Alisha's diapers bag. I have to redo knittingturnip's pattern a bit to suit the size. I hope she's don't mind. And if you like Moko, you can always visit knittingturnip's other creation at her blog. She is a great artist. Moko is her free pattern.
